MDLO is proud to welcome Bruno Sharpe who joins the practice today as a law student.
Born in Calgary, Alberta to military parents, Bruno grew up in numerous cities throughout Canada. He spent many years living in Alberta before moving to Vancouver, BC where he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Simon Fraser University (SFU). He pursued his degree in French in the University’s Public Administration and Community Service program, which included a year of studying abroad in one of Europe’s capitals – Strasbourg, France. In his final year in Vancouver, he worked for the Department of Canadian Heritage as a Program Officer. While completing his Bachelor’s degree, he was a member of the SFU Varsity swim team where he specialised in long distance races and individual medley. He competed at the 2010 London Olympic Trial in Montreal, QC. After finishing his Bachelor’s degree, Bruno took up running and has since run five half-marathons.
Bruno now attends the University of Ottawa in the French Common Law Program where he is currently in his second year of the program and anticipates graduating in May of 2018.
Besides having an interest in Military Law, Bruno is also interested in Family Law and Civil Litigation.
