Poor morale

Esprit de Corps military magazine publishes an article titled “Military Grievances and CAF Tua Culpa: An inadequate framework for our military members  ” written by Michel W. Drapeau and Joshua M. Juneau which narrates another demonstration of failed leadership at the army unit level coupled with an impotent CF Grievance System caustic elements having  unmerited negative consequences on the life and career of a young subaltern.

Perhaps retired General Colin Powell said it best: “The day the soldiers stop bringing you their problems is the day you stopped leading them. They have either lost confidence that you can help them or concluded that you do not care. Either case is a failure of leadership.”
